The Project is an ongoing collaborative art project carried out by Melissa Olson and Daniel Schultz, based around tangible communication; begun in September 2009. Installment one first exhibited in Cleveland, Ohio at Asterisk Gallery and in Fresno, California at Studio 1 at Broadway simultaneously. Installment two has begun and is being exhibited here on Tumblr for the time being. Potentially, this internet home will be a permanent one for this installment of The Project.

Phase 1 of the project started in September 2009. We plan on posting some of the outtakes from that phase here, as they never made it into a gallery setting, and mostly they were just experiments or ideas carried out to see how they would play into the whole idea behind The Project.
This photo was taken on my Holga and was all but forgotten about until the film was developed within the last few weeks.
